Exporting contacts from MailChimp
1. Log into your MailChimp account.
2. Click the Lists tab at the top of the page.
3. Click on the name of the list you want to export.
4. Click Export List.
5. Once the list export has finished loading, click Export as a CSV.
6. Select a location to save your file, and click OK.
Exporting contacts from Constant Contact
1. Log into your Constant Contact account.
2. Click the Contacts tab in the top right corner of the page.
3. Click on the name of the list you want to export from the left-hand menu.
4. Select all of the email addresses displaying by clicking the checkbox in the upper-left corner next to 'Name.'
5. Click Export in the menu bar.
6. Select the fields you want to include in the export.
7. Click Export Contacts.
8. Click Activity.
9. Click Download CSV | Download Excel.
10. Select a location to save your file, and click OK.
Exporting contacts from LinkedIn
1. Log into your LinkedIn account.
2. Select Connections from the My Network menu.
3. Click the Settings symbol in the top right corner of the page.
4. Click Export LinkedIn Connections beneath Advanced Settings.
5. Export to Microsoft Outlook (.CSV file) and click Export.
6. Select a location to save your file, and click OK.
Exporting contacts from Gmail
1. Log into your Gmail account.
2. Select Contacts from the left-hand drop-down menu.
3. Click on the name of the list you want to export from the left-hand menu.
4. From the More drop-down menu, select Export.
5. Click All contacts and export to Google CSV or Outlook CSV.
6. Click Export.
7. Select a location to save your file, and click OK.
Exporting contacts from Outlook
1. Login to your Outlook account.
2. Select File from the top menu bar.
3. Click Import and Export… from the drop-down menu.
4. Click Export to a File and then Next.
5. Select Comma Separated Values and then Next.
6. Make sure Export is highlighted and click Next.
7. Select a location to save your file, and click OK.
Exporting contacts from Top Producer
1. Login to your Top Producer account.
2. Select Search for Contacts from the Contacts menu.
3. To export all clients, click Search at the bottom of the page.
4. Select all of the email addresses displaying by clicking the checkbox in the upper-left corner next to 'Name.'
5. Click Export Contacts.
6. Select All Contacts, export contacts to CSV file, and Key Contact Details.
7. Click Export.
8. Select a location to save your file, and click OK.
Exporting contacts from Mac OS X
1. Open the Applications menu.
2. Select Contacts.
3. Select File from the top menu bar.
4. Click Export from the drop-down menu and then Export vCard.
5. Select a location to save your file, and click Save.
6. Convert vCard to CSV using the application of choice.
